As a manager, you want to help sales reach their goals.<\/p>\n<p>What can you do?<\/p>\n<h2>Get answers from your\u00a0customer data<\/h2>\n<p>A good place to start is to mine your CRM database and extract a list of high potential contacts and customers that require your attention. Then you can work with your teams to pinpoint customer needs and reach them with the most attractive offers.<\/p>\n<p>Afterall, since you already have relationships with these people, what better starting point is there for additional sales of your products or services?<\/p>\n<p>We recommend two reports to help you identify these customers and decide an approach. The first one is \u2018companies without activities\u2019. The second is \u2018companies without sales processes.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The reports are pre-built in Business Analyze so you don\u2019t have to worry about running reports in SuperOffice. They are also updated on an ongoing basis, so you can easily monitor your teams progress and help them out when needed.<\/p>\n<p><em>Get these reports from SuperOffice App Store as part of <a href=\"https:\/\/online.superoffice.com\/AppStore\/business-analyze-as\/business-analyze-for-superoffice\">Business Analyze for SuperOffice<\/a> or current customers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessanalyze.com\/en\/contact-us-form\/\">contact us<\/a> to activate.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Report 1: Companies without activities<\/h2>\n<p>Specific sales activities that are important\u00a0to\u00a0closing a deal\u00a0or\u00a0building a relationship should be methodically recorded in the CRM system. This might be demos, a first and second meeting, an onboarding meeting or other activities defined in the customer journey.<\/p>\n<p>Using activity reports, you gain insight into which activities are effective, and continue doing more of &#8216;the right&#8217; things.<\/p>\n<p>But, it is also interesting\u00a0to know when there is a complete lack of activity.\u00a0 If your customers haven\u2019t had any activities with you in a while,\u00a0you not only\u00a0decrease the changes of additional\u00a0sales, you risk losing them all together.<\/p>\n<p>In the \u2018companies without activities\u2019 reports, you get a list of contacts that haven\u2019t had any activities within the last 3 or 6 months or even year, AND where no activities are planned in the future.
