With this toolkit, leaders, coaches and representatives can take advantage of sales data and analytics\u00a0to\u00a0build stronger sales teams.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/KyNYr6aQYm4\">Watch video<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Gain insight based on sales data<\/h2>\n<p>Business Analyze pulls data from SuperOffice CRM\u00a0and other databases and presents key facts about goals, outcomes, and behaviors on &#8216;Coaching&#8217; dashboards.\u00a0When coaches and coachees are equipped with these facts, it is easier to have\u00a0focused\u00a01:1 discussions with high impact on performance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 Coaching is probably one of the single most important ways to influence performance, but it isn&#8217;t easy to guide discussions. Without insight about\u00a0what customers want the sales process, it&#8217;s difficult to know where to start discussions or what to focus on next, says Einar Gynnild, CEO at Business Analyze.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 The new sales coaching toolkit overcomes these problems\u00a0by\u00a0making insights about goals, performance and best-practices (benchmarking) readily available on team and personal levels. From dashboards, it&#8217;s easier for reps to know what goals they are\u00a0likely to achieve, and\u00a0what they can do if they are falling short.<\/p>\n<h2>Reach full potential<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; We received positive feedback\u00a0from our recent webinar \u2018How to sell more with data-driven sales coaching.&#8217;\u00a0 There are many organisations that recognize the importance of a coaching culture,\u00a0but\u00a0they use a lot of effort to gather information about\u00a0what is working or where there are issues.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Until now, there hasn&#8217;t been an coaching tool that\u00a0works smoothly with their\u00a0existing CRM data. With this new release, that&#8217;s changed.<\/p>\n<p>The sales coaching toolkit includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>goal-setting module<\/li>\n<li>dashboards with key performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>simulation tools for\u00a0predicting\u00a0revenues based on changes in sales velocity variables<\/li>\n<li>mobile app for statistics\u00a0 and reports on-the-go, commenting and motivation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This new toolkit further strengthens Business Analyze\u2019s sales analytics and reporting offering. The coaching toolkit can be combined with other Business Analyze tools including:\u00a0 management reporting, sales scoreboards, SaaS metric dashboards and more.<\/p>\n<p>The new sales toolkit is\u00a0available for Business Analyze customers.
