We’re excited to announce major updates to our business intelligence platform. The spring 2021 product release includes a fresh new user interface that makes it easier to get a complete and up-to-date view of your business.

Business Analyze has fresh new profile and a clean new product interface. You’ll see our new logo popping up everywhere – from login to logout.

The modern look is designed to help business professionals quickly sort information and understand data with ease.

The new fresh color palette, larger front size and greater readability helps convey information clear and concisely. Designers can easily customise colours for specific data visualisations or entire desktops.

Streamlined navigation

Business Analyze new navigation system is redesigned to give a better experience. There is a new top navigation, rather than left side, and the main menu is placed under your personal profile. Many other menus, buttons and commands are streamlined for a smoother workflow, including the interface for system admins, designers and developers.

Faster Ways

Faster ways to interact with data

With clearer option for filtering, sorting, grouping and exporting data, it is now easier to access the right information and share it when it’s needed. The Global filter icons is positioned clearly in the top-menu and a new action tab makes it easier to draw insights from data on the report level. You can also send specific report-URLs to your colleagues, to help them make better decisions.

Easier to design your own dashboards

With this release it is easier to modify reports and build your own new dashboards.  Business Analyze toolbox provides you with a place to add templates or select from pre-designed reports. Drag-and drop items from the toolbox onto dashboards and into the desired position.

Range of pre-built templates that make it easier to create custom reports based on SuperOffice fields.


New KPI overview desktop

Numerical displays which help you quickly compare this year to last year sales.


Personalised sales scoreboards

Improved support for employee profile pictures when you run contests or build scoreboards.


Sales targets

Input module is updated so it’s easier to set targets for various types of sales (e.g. new customers, upsales, cross-sales)


New activity targets

Input module is updated so you can set targets, monitor progress and calculate deviation for specific activities (e.g. first meeting, phone calls etc.)


Analyze CRM + ERP data

New connectors and reports that enable you to analyze and understand entire revenue and profit picture whether data lies in SuperOffice or your ERP.


If you are a current Business Analyze cloud customer, you will automatically be upgraded to new release as part of your SaaS-subscription starting May 10, 2021.
