Ring in good news! With so much negative financial press nowadays, it's important to focus on all the positive things that happen; to spread information about every single sale, whether big or small, to the entire organisation. Business Analyze can now provide every user with a "Sales bell" and an "Activity bell" which appears on individual screens or on a large screen in a common area. Our customers who have already used the bell have reported back that it motivates employees and brings a positive energy to the entire organisation. Sales people are often extremely competitive and will do their utmost to gain some extra limelight. What's more, the rest of the organisation will be able to share in the event, even if they are not in the sales office when the salesperson rings the bell or starts to celebrate. Sales bellThe five most recent sales are displayed on screen, with the last sale made shown on top. When the sale is registered in SuperOffice CRM, the bell rings and the sale is displayed. If the sale is among the ten largest sales made during the period, it will also be given a ranking in the Top 10 List. Activity bellThe last registered activities is displayed to the left. On the right side there is a list of the ten persons that has had most activities.
