Developers in your company will feel at home in Analyze Data Central. This is where you connect to data sources, making central self-service analytics datasets and self-service analytics visualizations.
Highlights
Connet to data source To make the visualizations you need data from one or more sources. You can easily create links to these sources in the Analyze Datacental. |
Create custom data tables When you connect to the data source, you can create your own data tables. You can extract data from the source either by writing your SQL-query directly in the interface, use a procedure or an existing database table. You can also create a new virtual data table by using the relationships between existing data tables. |
Full overview You have full control over which columns your data table has. Everything from the database name, alias data type and aggregating. In addition, there are a number of settings like localized title, associated parameters and belongings to or from. You can also add custom columns for calculations, with more. |
Caching You have the opportunity to cache a data table so that visualizations based on the data table is faster to load. You can specify how often the table caches in minutes, days, weeks and months. |
Make your own parameters(filters) You can create your own parameters and link these to the data table. These parameters will then be available for end users to filter content. The parameters can be static, dynamic lists, period selection and tree structures. |
Visualization Templates In Analyze Datacentral you can make visualization templates based on the data tables. These are the templates that are visible to the designer in Analyze Editor. |
